Use it with any of our soy wax melts. Just place a melt in the dish, light a tealight underneath, and allow the scent to slowly unfold. No smoke, no electricity. Just warmth, stillness, and space.

We offer two kinds of wax melts, each carrying a different kind of softness: • Wax Melts by Dala - quiet scents to gently fill the space around you. • Soft Intention – Wax Melt - scent with presence and emotional grounding. Both are hand-poured from clean soy wax, and made to support your quiet rituals - in whatever way you need them.
Note: The cut-out shapes on the warmer (such as stars or circles) may vary slightly depending on stock. All warmers are ceramic, white-toned, and aligned with the soft, minimal Dala aesthetic.

Shipping Method: We use USPS to deliver your order safely to your doorstep. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Cost: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply for resending your order to the correct location.
Returns
Return Window: We want you to love your purchase from Dala Natural! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit to ensure you have a positive experience.
Condition of Items: To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Shipping: While customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, we will gladly cover these if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow a little extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us right away at dalanatural@gmail.com. We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
