Your melt (or set) comes in a soft cotton pouch - simple, reusable, and kind to the earth.
No extra wrapping, no waste. Just care.
How to use:
Place the melt in a wax warmer. As it gently melts, the scent will softly fill your space.
You can reuse the same melt several times - until the scent fades naturally.
Let the wax cool before replacing it.

- Processing Time: Each order is lovingly handcrafted just for you, so please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your items with care. If you need your order sooner, simply drop us a note at dalanatural@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to rush your request.
- Shipping Method: We use USPS to deliver your order safely to your doorstep. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination, ensuring you only pay for what you need.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply for resending your order to the correct location.

- Return Window: We want you to love your purchase from Dala Natural! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit to ensure you have a positive experience.
- Condition of Items: To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return Shipping: While customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, we will gladly cover these if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow a little extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us right away at dalanatural@gmail.com. We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
